I was raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, I am a proud Fort Collins High School Alum and University of Denver Alum. I live in Timnath with my incredible wife Giulia LaPlante, who is also a Fort Collins native. We love to spend our time outdoors playing golf, skiing, and enjoying everything that Colorado has to offer.
My real estate career started in 2015 after graduating from the University of Denver and I love it! Throughout my career in real estate, I have worked in both residential sales and multifamily real estate development. During my time in the residential multifamily development field, I oversaw the development of four Class A luxury multifamily communities consisting of over 750 properties which has provided valuable insight for my career in real estate to offer to my current and future clients.
Coming from a family in the real estate business I have grown up and had the benefit of being around my parents who have 70 years of combined real estate experience. My Mom Kim LaPlante has been a partner at The Group since 1996 and we work together on The LaPlante Team. As a second generation Realtor/Partner I have grown up understanding the importance of commitment and service to clients and our community.
